I KNEW IT APPLE IS THE DEVIL!!! LOL

APPLE IS THE ANTI-CHRIST!! STEVE JOBS SOLD HIS SOUL TO THE DEVIL!!!
APPLE USERS ARE FREE MASON!!!

lol ight if your an apple fan and u’re gettin pissed calm down!, lol just yankin ur chains…

i found this article online pretty old (2002), but hilarious. here are some of the highlightin points

“..Take for example Apple Computers, makers of the popular Macintosh line of computers. The real operating system hiding under the newest version of the Macintosh operating system (MacOS X) is called… Darwin! That’s right, new Macs are based on Darwinism! ..”

lol FYI….from wikipedia

The term Darwinism is often used by promotors of creationism to describe evolution, notably by leading members of the intelligent design movement. In this usage, the term has connotations of atheism..”

from the article:

“..that Darwinism is an inherently anti-Christian philosophy spread through propaganda and subliminal trickery, not a science as its brainwashed followers would have us believe.

lol crazy! didn’t know much thought went into an operating system name.

…..While they currently don’t advertise this fact to consumers, it is well known among the computer elite, who are mostly Atheists and Pagans…

–ok now that was offensive, window users (such as myself) are not pegans that statment is rather discriminating to non-apple users, lol

wait there’s more lol

…Founded by long haired hippies…..”

–I KNEW IT!!!, i’m not the only one who thinks apple users are hippies lol

“this company has consistently supported 60’s counter-cultural “values”. But there are even darker undertones to this company than most are aware of. Consider the name of the company and its logo: an apple with a bite taken out of it. This is clearly a reference to the Fall, when Adam and Eve were tempted with an apple by the serpent. It is now Apple Computers offering us temptation, thereby aligning themselves with the forces of darkness…..

lol damn, comparisons to the bible don’t get any better than that.

“...Consider co-founder and leader Steve Jobs’ constant exhortation through advertising (i.e. mind control) that its followers should “think different”. We have to ask ourselves: “think different than whom or what?” The disturbing answer is that they want us to think different than our Christian upbringing, to reject all the values that we have been taught and to heed not the message of the Lord Jesus Christ!..

–tsk tsk

i knew i was going to find some people on earth who believe that Apple is evil lol. its funny how you can make urself see things you want, draw ur own connections to things and yet feel it is as clear as day. if you look hard at any single thing i bet u can draw a connection to Hitler’s mustache, lol…a bit extreme but you get my point.

score 1 for apple haters : 0 for apple lovers

gonna keep a tally of points now for articles against and for apple from now on, lol

Does the End justify the Means???

this is a question i feel we encounter form time to time. we have the people who believe in a greater good and as long as that is achieved, how we get there isn’t of importance. then we have those who believe in absolute good and evil and good can’t justify evil and neither can evil justify good.

i think that those who think that the greater good justify the means, look at life from the perspective that man is judged based upon his good deeds versus bad deeds. in other words they view good and evil as fallin under a gradeable scale and more often than not this scale is self defined as to what s/he believes that greater good or evil is. when accomplishing tasks they have a view of where their going and where it falls under their defined scale and from there they determine how to get there regardless of how. these people i believe are more likely to resort to “evil” ways to attain a “greater” good. but now the question posed to these people is to define who defines what the greater good is?

on the contrary, we have those who believe in absolute good and evil, no gray area. these people are less likely to justify an evil deed as having good intention or vice versa. they may believe that the means define a person rather than end. now the question i have is, how absolute are good and evil deeds.

to be honest i fall under the former, there is such a thing as a greater good. i also feel people who believe in absolute good and evil refuse to accept the fact that in our daily lives we grade our deeds based on what we define. if someone should steal for his or her starving family are we not more likely to let that go, than a person stealing for fun? givin money to ur son when he asked, isn’t that differenent from givin money to a begger? is killin in self defense different from murderin ? the examples go one… so aren’t we puttin stealing, generousity and killing into gray areas if we answered yes to these questions. even if you didn’t we can all think of situations wer a deed can be considered either evil or good depending on the situation. now what if we look at the bigger picture rather than condemn the means. i feel a lot of great things could be accomplished if we chose to look at the bigger picture. some means may actually be radical for example in The Boondock Saints. but nonetheless it is takin law into u’re hands which indeed may not be the best solution, but its the principal that matters. rules are there for a reason, but those rules despite protecting innocent people also protect criminals, despite condemnin criminals it also condemns the less fortunate. rules are meant to be a guide and not something to live by.

another point of view condemnin using the end to justify the means is the religious stand point. we as humans are not to determine the measure for good and evil, and we are to live by the commandments God gave us. here’s my counter argument for that: in the bible Jesus did condemn living by the commandments. when the pharisees punished people for pluckin grain on the sabbath because they were hungry, Jesus rebuked them sayin that the sabbath was made for man and not man for the sabbath. if we chose to look at abiding to the ten commandments as absolute good, Jesus pointed out that it is a guide and it should not be a means of takin away our humanity. this example shows us , not concretely of course, that there is such a thing as a greater good even if reachin there goes against the set laws.

There is no such thing as a Wise Man or Woman

well in my opinion, i don’t believe that there is such a thing as a wise man or rather the idea we have of a wise man is false. there are only convincing men or women. since the dawn of man nothing was known, but due to our complexities we felt compelled to make meaning of this world. we felt the need to want to know what makes a stone different from sand, why does the sun rise and set, is the world flat, why am i cryin, what is happiness……the questions go on. then you realize, none of this was known before, someone sat down and began trying to define the things around us, giving birth to ideas and concepts. but besides defining concepts and ideas, morals and ethics were also developed as a way to narrow down individuality towards a line of a common beliefs. giving birth to societies.

A society has its own unique set of beliefs, customs, morals and ethics. Now my problem is i feel people blindly follow these rules w/o knowin why, a good example is religion. don’t get me wrong i believe having a religion serves a purpose, it provides us with a sense of belongin and security if u want to look at it like that. but when we start concentratin on the material requirement of belongin to a religion such as followin rituals no matter what to guarantee one thing or the other, we lose track of what really matters. What matters is being the best we can be for ourselves and for those around us. i don’t feel that how we chose to follow a religion is ground enough as a measure of a person’s moral stance. not tryin to sound preachy, but this is just an example of how people simply accept things from a society with out questionin or reasonin it out to see what the main point is. if someone should question your morals or ethics will you answer that “that is how i was brought up”, or “everyone in the society believes in it” or will you be able to explain why “you” are living by it. i’m not trying to put down morals or anythin like that, but we should be able to explain why we do the things we do rather than just conform to the norms of society.

i’ve really gone away from my point but its still in the same ball park. now a wise man is simply a man who can convince you, beyond a doubt, that his opinion is right and the term “wise man”, just arises when he has been able to get a multitude of believers. now that is not the only view of a wise man but i think that is a very basic actual definition, considering that all the knowledge we believe to know was thought up by someone else. now the reason i say this is that, are you going to question what a “wise man” tells you and believe it because he is a “wise man” or are you going to listen to his reasonin. if you said listen to his reason, why not see the inner meanin of what is required from you from a society, rather than being a cognitive zombie. dunno if you get me?

well this may not be true for all aspects of life, but when it comes to chosin how you live your life then it matters. someone who can convince you on how you should deal with your life, does not make him “wise” but if he who teaches you has actually experienced what you have gone through or about to, now that is a person u shud lend your ear to. but still don’t just follow his advice either because s/he’s “experienced” lol, try and question and apply the situation to urself, ur lifestyle and general perspective of live, cuz livin in another person’s perspective is not living at all.

Life is all about Perspective

this is something i really live by ever since i started reading about relativity in physics i found out that you could apply that same concept to everyday life. our brain has been hotwired into a certain way of thinkin and making decisions. everyone’s particular way of thinkin has been shaped, twisted, doubted and reformed by experiences, family ,friends, events and so on. and all these experiences are used as a backbone when dealing with daily endeavors and is essentially the key to our emotions. i look at emotions as the mind defensive system to block out things or ward off a possible repeat of an event or simply a warning. i used to indulge in all my emotions without questioning, but i began to really question how i looked at things and why i should accept my emotions without questioning the validity of the cause. i then began looking at my emotions such as fear, anger, lonliness…etc as a simple warning a little reminder of my past and nothing more and as such it let me have a lot more control of myself. i found myself less likely to give up because of fear, i only became cautious, i found myself a lot more cheerful when i felt lonely i just go out n find company… i make it sound so easy to change your perspective about anything but if you put in your will power into changin the way you view things i believe it will be very rewarding.

everything has its good side and its bad side, it will be stupid to only look at the good side of things, but it will be damagin to concentrate on the bad side. but i believe anything that overwhelms you with emotion calls for a change of perspective. because an emotion such as lonliness feeds on itself (you know what i mean…..misery loves misery) and we are less likely to act right or make the right decisions under extreme feelings. there is always the brighter side of things and stayin the light would definately be a happier place.

I’m currently reading Blink by Malcom G. and he points out a simple fact that we have two sides to the brain, the cognitive part where our conscious thoughts and actions come from and the subconcious part that does billions of calculations based on what has been observed and what is being observed and independently comes up with a solution….in other words our instincts. i think a person who is imbalanced in emotion and decision makin doesn’t have the 2 sides of his brain balanced. the over-thinkers tend to over analyze and end up doing nothin about a situation or actually advancin in a particular goal (unless your job requires you to overthink ) and the instinctual people tend to live without reason but through feeling. this is not a fact or something i can prove or back up but illustrates what i mean about balancing the 2 sides of the brain. when we have a gut feelin about something (be it fear, anger etc) it is our instincts firing up in a way, but it is still just a warning and should not deter u from where u’re going. for example if ur driving and u see a *slipery road* sign, would you turn back and head home, or will you slow down and proceed, or will you gun it for an experience……. the road sign is just a warning it does not define how u’ll drive, but it will not affect you from reaching ur destination if ur prepared for what might happen… this is basically how i look at a lot of things now, anything which upsets me does not deserve to determine how i chose to drive but rather just prepares me, and rather than go home i’ll cruise it out or gun it just for the hell of it! lol
